It was well wrapped and arrived on time and in great condition. It's a little thinner than the material I used before, and is clearly engineered as underlay for hardwood applications. Nevertheless, it worked well to complete my ceramic floor tile project. It's a great product, and I appreciate the care with which it was handled from manufacture to delivery.
