Armstrong L6564 Rustics Premium 12.7mm Homestead Plank Prairie Brown Laminate

My husband and I had the Armstrong Laminate- Homestead Plank in prairie brown installed this past December. It is a beautiful floor- until someone walks on it. I have tried every laminate cleaning product, vinegar, water etc. and regardless of what I use, there are smudges as soon as you walk on it. The other big complaint I have is that it shows not only smudges, but everything. I have a dog and every piece of her brown fur shows as well as every footprint when she comes inside. It is a very dark floor and it shows every speck of dust. I clean the floor and two days later it looks like a herd of cattle walked through with the amount of footprints that show up.

Durability wise, it has held up pretty well- we've dropped several things on it (pots, can openers etc) and it doesn't leave much of a mark.
